As residents in our city and around the world isolate themselves to help contain the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19), I have complied a list of resources for getting groceries and food delivered during the challenging time.
Here are some options for online grocery and food delivery in Toronto.
This grocery service developed by Longo’s delivers fresh groceries to your door. There are 2 week delays on orders. Here are some changes to the Grocery Gateway policies to help deal with volume increase during Covid-19:
- Only accepting payment online, eliminating the need for the handling of payment terminals and guest signatures on delivery.
- Attended deliveries will be left with the guest at the door.
- Not accepting product or delivery bag returns until further notice.
- No longer bring deliveries to the door of Guests who live in condos or apartments. Condo/apartment unit deliveries will be completed in the lobby or left with concierge.
- Not able deliver beer products until further notice.
If you’ve had an issue with your delivery, or have not received communication on the delivery status, please send a direct message on Facebook or Instagram with your email, order # and issue and our Customer Care team will respond.
